1. Educational Purchase (colleges and universities, corporations and government agencies)

Rate - $250

Purchase effectively means lease for the life of the DVD.
A license for closed-circuit use within a single campus is included with educational purchase.
Purchase does not include nor imply the right to duplicate, recast, edit, abridge, transmit videos by analog or digital means by broadcast, open-cable, direct broadcast satellite, internet or other means, nor to any off-campus or distance learning or any other fashion whatsoever without the express written consent of AMS Production Group.
Any public performance outside of the educational setting is prohibited and requires explicit permission from AMS Production Group.

Posters and promotional materials can be purchased at an additional cost.

2. Institutional purchase (K-12 schools, non-profit organizations, libraries, museums) Rate - $100

Purchase effectively means lease for the life of the DVD.
The DVD may not be shown to the public, theatrically, commercially, or for profit. Screenings will not be advertised to the public.
Purchase does not include nor imply the right to duplicate, recast, edit, abridge or transform the videos by analog or digital means or any other fashion whatsoever without the express written consent of AMS Production Group.
Purchase does not include nor imply the right to transmit videos by analog or digital means by broadcast, open-cable, direct broadcast satellite, internet or other means nor to any off-campus or distance learning site without the express written consent of AMS Production Group.

3. Wholesale/Retail

The terms of sale include retail for home video purchase only. Home video purchases are for individuals only for personal home viewing with family and friends.
Our MAP Policy applies to the Retail Advertised Price. AMS products may never be advertised for sale at a price below our stated MAP of $19.95. Retailers are allowed to sell products at any price they choose. However, they can not advertise our products below the MAP. This policy allows us to legally protect the market value of our products.

The DVD will not be altered or copied in any manner whatsoever
The DVD is for personal use only. Use of the DVD for educational, institutional or public library purposes is expressly forbidden.
Public performance of any kind is expressly prohibited.
The DVD will not be rented, loaned for a fee, leased or sub-leased to others.
Purchase does not include nor imply the right to duplicate, recast, edit, abridge, or transform the video by analog, digital or any other means. This film may not be used or circulated in public (including schools, libraries, museums, or other institutions) without acquiring public performance rights. These rights are not covered under “home video” but granted only with the “public performance,” “educational” or “institutional” of the DVD.

4. Public Performance
AMS offers three options for non-profit organizations wishing to use our films as a fundraising tool:

a one-time public performance license for qualified non-profit organizations to screen a film as a fundraising event. The license fee is based on various factors such as ticket price, audience size, and whether the event is open and advertised to the public.
Organizations can provide a link to our e-store via their website, and receive 10% of all DVDs sold via their website.
At events, organizations can pre-purchase DVDs in bulk at the wholesale price, and sell to their constituents at the $19.95 retail price or above, keeping all profits.
